Start with a remote look. Visit when it will help.

Gippsland businesses can be a long way apart, so we plan carefully. Many problems can be checked or fixed online first. When a visit is the right call, we plan it around your location and the travel involved, and tell you before we book anything.

What mobile means here

Mobile means we visit your business by arrangement. It is not only about mobile phones. We also help remotely when that is quicker.

Initial remote assessment

We talk through the problem and, with your permission, look at your computer online. Often this shows what is wrong and what a visit would need to cover.

Planning visits around travel

Travel time depends on where you are. We confirm your address, then suggest a visit that makes the trip worth it, such as fixing several things in one go.

Fewer surprises on the day

Because we plan first, we can tell you what we expect to do and what you should have ready, rather than guessing when we arrive.

Ongoing remote help after

Once things are working, smaller problems can usually be handled by phone or remote support.

Preparation checklist before we plan a visit

  • Your business address, so we can confirm visit availability
  • A short list of the problems, in your own words
  • Names of the computers, printers and phones involved
  • Your internet provider and where the router is
  • Who can let us in and give us passwords on the day
  • Any deadlines, like a busy season or new staff starting

What we will not promise

We cannot promise a visit to every town. Whether we can come to you depends on your address and our schedule. If a visit does not suit, we will say so and see what we can do remotely.

We will ask for your address to confirm visit availability.
